PRODUCER / WRITER / PROGRAMMER

Alexis Smith is fast becoming one of the UK’s premier producers. Alexis’ long standing working relationship with acclaimed producer Marius De Vries, has led to co-production work on the grammy nominated soundtrack to the film Moulin Rouge and Liberty X, and as a writer for Appleton.

As one of the country’s most in demand programmers, Alexis has programmed on the No. 1 album Life In Slow Motion by David Gray, as well as Melanie C, Madonna, Bjork, Kylie, The Cranberries, David Bowie and James Blunt. Alexis’ production skills have been utilised to produce tracks for Seventhsun, Skye (from Morcheeba) and Fiona Renshaw.

Alexis has recently been working with Lana Del Ray, BYOB and on the forthcoming soundtrack for Mr P (EA Games).
