WRITER / PRODUCER / REMIXER

Julian Peake is a multi-talented, writer, producer and remixer, and has been working with music since 1994 (although his obsession with synths and keyboards started a lot earlier than that!)

As one half of Stretch & Vern, he scored worldwide hits with the tracks 'I'm Alive' and 'Get Up! Go Insane!' and remixed numerous artists including Spice Girls, Pulp, Robbie Williams, St Etienne and Grandmaster Flash.

Julian currently has a number of different dance projects including EssenVee, Reflect Superbass and Stretch & Vern which has seen him working with various labels including CR2, Toolroom, Renaissance and Free2Air.

Aside from his dance projects and remixes, Julian is an accomplished songwriter, that has seen him work with a variety of different major artists, including Kylie Minogue, Natalie Imbruglia, Little Boots, The Dolly Rockers, The Saturdays and Dirty Vegas.

If this wasnt enough to keep him busy he also co-owns Mono-Type Records!
